Add Ice to your Hydration Bladder

Warm or room temperature water makes you feel less thirsty, meaning that you may not drink as much as you need. Drinking cold water may encourage you to drink more and avoid dehydration.

Fill Your bag 1/2 with ice  + Add Cold Water Until Full
