What is Exercise Snacking?

Doing micro-bouts of exercise throughout your day that don't take much time but on the whole constitute a great workout.

Dance To Your Favorite Jam!

Push away from the desk, crank the volume and dance your heart out for 15 seconds. Let it loose! Exercise an be fun and super beneficial!

Take The Stairs

Skip The elevator and take the stairs to get your body moving and blood flowing. Only 1 flight? Go up and down a couple of times!

Do Some Jumping Jacks!

They are super easy, kind of fun and really get the whole body moving. Put a beat on and jump for 15 seconds!

High Knees for 15 Seconds

These can be done anywhere and they will get your heart rate up quick. Change it up by kicking legs back so they hit your butt.

Want to get more advanced?

Everyone Loves Burpees!!

You can do these with or without the push-up at the bottom. It's an intense, full-body workout and only takes a couple to get you pumped!
